Moving experiences with Professional Movers Group
Feedback from customers who described the work in their own words.
The crew was great! They were professional and treated my stuff as if it was their own. They were hard working, responsive to my needs, and professional. I would recommend them for all your moving needs!
Professional, fast, amazing! Professional Movers Group is absolutely awesome! They were able to help me out in a last minute situation, the movers were on point getting my stuff moved in and willing to work with me to get it done the way I needed. I really think they went above and beyond.
The crew was very friendly and very accommodating and respected my furniture. They were very efficient and finished on time! Would use this company again! Thank you for making my move so easy today.
This was my first time experiencing movers. They sent an excellent, hard-working three-person crew. However, all my belongings in the storage unit had to be all wrapped with paper or put in a box to load up into the giant crates in the truck. The work ended up being much longer than expected, being close to five hours with no breaks. My 3 larger items did not fit into one crate, and at the end they explained to me that they had to use a bigger crate from the warehouse.
I am absolutely floored by how easy this all was. I called in on Monday and they were able to get it moved Tuesday morning. The crew was absolutely spectacular. They got the freezer out quickly and dropped it off just as quickly, no fuss and no muss. Absolutely thrilled with this and will definitely be using Professional Movers Group again if the need should arise.
The team lead was incredibly helpful and kind. Unfortunately the move itself was not the ideal experience: we asked for partial moving, they arrived with limited materials, my stuff got packed into garbage bags, they managed to move quickly given how large the move was, but it came at the cost of a few damaged items and a series of marks all over our new home. Not the service I expected for the price, but grateful it’s done.
